RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
We want our customers to always be satisfied. If the Customer needs to return the products received because they are wrong or defective, he can return them within 14 days from the date of receipt of his order.
The return method is free of charge. The customer can return the purchased product:
A. to get the refund.
B. to make an exchange. In this case, once the compliance of the return from our warehouse has been verified, the customer will receive a coupon via email to make a new purchase. The coupon is valid for 12 months, cannot be combined with other coupons or discount codes and can be used in multiple solutions. In the event that the value of the new purchase exceeds the value of the coupon, the Customer can pay any remaining amount with the payment method he prefers: Credit Card or PayPal. In the event that the value of the new purchase is lower than the value of the coupon, the Customer can use the residual value of the coupon for future purchases.
In the event of a return due to a defective product, the value of the refund / coupon will correspond to the value of the returned product plus the value of any shipping costs incurred. In case of return for other reasons, the value of the refund / coupon will correspond only to the value of the returned product.
Before deciding to return a product, the Customer must ensure that the products he intends to return comply with the conditions indicated below.
• returned products must be returned with all labels, security seals, packaging and accessories (case, hanger, dress cover, etc.) received with the order;
• the products, labels, security seals, packaging and accessories must not show any signs of use, scratches, or have been altered in any way (worn, washed, ironed, etc.) and must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent by the Vendor.
Before sending back the goods, the Customer must request the return authorization in the appropriate section of the website Request for Return.
Free returns are provided for all orders. Inside the package there is a pre-printed sheet with the return label. It will be sufficient to follow the procedure to request the online return authorization, apply the pre-printed label on the outside of the package above the previous label and contact the courier to organize the collection at 02 30 30 30 39, or bring the package to the nearest UPS Access Point.
After receipt of the return from the warehouse, the conditions will be checked and the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. The goods that will be returned in unsuitable conditions for return will not be refunded. The reimbursement will then be paid by crediting to a credit card or PayPal account, based on the instrument used during the purchase. Confirmation of acceptance of the return will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated when ordering. If the purchase was finalized by credit card, the time required for the refund to be displayed depends on the credit institution that issued the card.
