RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the purchased product is wrong or defective you can request the return. It will be necessary to request a return authorization by completing the appropriate return form no later than 14 days from receipt of the order.
When the return arrives at our warehouse, we will check the quality and integrity of the returned goods and verify that the return procedures have been respected. If your return is suitable, we will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance.
